Addalinda Muriel Cunningham

FARMINGTON Addalinda Muriel Cunningham, of Farmington, passed into her eternal heavenly home on March 19, 2023 at Parkland Health Center at the age of 88. She was born July 3, 1934 in Cuba, Missouri to the late Nesbit Jewel Cunningham and Effie May (Williams) Cunningham. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her oldest sister, Leola (Mrs. Winford) Barnes; brothers, Howard Glenwood Cunningham and George (Mickey) Cunningham; her twin infant sister, Anna Pearl Cunningham and another sister, Shirley Cunningham. Addalinda loved to read her bible and go to church. She enjoyed going to church at Doe Run Assembly of God, a church that her father, Nesbit built. Her hobbies included embroidery and reading. She loved being around people and going to family get togethers. Survivors include her sister, Thelma Cunningham Eakins; special nephew and caregiver, Eugene Eakins; a devoted niece, Alberta Claywell; numerous other beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family; also, her dear friend of sixty years, June Stacy. She also had very good caregivers from Healthy Home. Visitation will be held at Cozean Memorial Chapel Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 5 8 p.m. Visitation will resume Thursday morning at 9 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 12 noon in the Cozean Chapel with Rev. Mark Moss officiating. Private interment will be held at Three Rivers Cemetery. Memorials, if desired, may be made to Orchard Farm Baptist Church in St. Charles.
